No RDS Licenses available

Cause

This generally is a message that is displayed on the client machine and is not really what it says. It is just that the client does not think it has a license for RDS

To fix this issue

To fix this, the following can be copied and pasted in a .reg file and run as an elevated user.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSLicensing\Store]

The attached CMD file (RDPLics.cmd) does the same thing
